Customer service is hard to come by these days & it was so refreshing to find this company who strives to please the customer & delivers a great product. Even though I started out saying I was on a tight budget they never made me feel any less important than a customer with no financial limitations. They are very willing to work with you to make sure you leave satisfied. I plan to do my friend's flowers for her wedding and they were willing to give advice and not make me feel as if I should have them do it instead.
